Susie is an HR consultant with a difference. When you add occupational psychologist and organisational behaviourist to her 20 years experience in HR, she stands head-and-shoulders above the average HR consultant. Is Susie a stuffy academic? Absolutely not – she's well-known for her down-to-earth, can-do approach.
Susie has acquired her diverse experience from a variety of organisations including a background in the RAF, ASDA, logistics and financial services. She has consulted in many different companies from SME's to blue chip companies such as Barclays, BAA and Westland Helicopters, advising and project managing restructuring exercises, mergers and acquisitions, and acting as the HR programme leader.

Fiona Ollerhead
Fiona is a Business Psychologist (MSc Occupational Psychology, Birkbeck College, University of London) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Fiona has specialist expertise in the areas of individual and team assessment and development, coaching, and performance management and improvement. She has worked as a consultant both in house and externally and as part of senior Human Resource teams for over 10 years in both public and private sector industries including travel, transport, leisure, pharmaceutical and health.
Karen Hodge
Karen has over 20 years experience in Human Resources, she is versatile, self-motivated HR professional, with strong customer focus. An amiable individual who has a pragmatic approach, she is results driven and capable of effectively and efficiently identifying creative solutions to everyday situations, balancing the needs of both the organisation and the individuals. Her experience was founded in FTSE 100 companies but she has since worked with companies varying from the second largest in the world (at the time of going to press) to three and four people family companies. This exposure enables Karen to effectively work with staff at all levels on projects of any size.
Kate Lowry
Kate is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management. She has over 20 years experience working in organisations as an Organisational Development practitioner covering 3 main sectors, Retail, IT and Financial Services.
In organisations Kate has worked as a designer and implementer of key cultural interventions, change, leadership and management development programmes. She has run teams and implemented projects both in Europe and in the US.
An experienced coach and facilitator of group and team development, Kate is known for the creativity and pragmatism she brings to the work she is involved in.
She enjoys communicating complex ideas in a simple way, and helping people try out different ways of solving problems.
A keen interest in individual potential led Kate to train as psychotherapist in Gestalt, Bioenergetics, and Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor.
